Where do I start? Management is poor, business has no clear structure They try anything they can to avoid paying any money, they can’t pay us contractors on time never mind the suppliers. Redundancy period was a joke and poorly handled. They used furlough / covid as a quick exit to get rid of staff to saved money. They email all employees asking for them to leave good reviews on glass door because they know they struggle to get any, most have been written by HR to make the business look good. The CEO goes on constantly about staff being number 1 priority and not to worry about funds and how he has lunch with billionaires etc, however what really happens is he keeps employees in the dark and get rid of them at any chance he can to save money. He also says that “we have always paid employees in full and will always continue to” but can’t extend furlough for employees but can manage to pull up in his Ferrari or mcclaren or spend thousand and thousands on staff events. Many of my contractor friends struggle to get paid on time and will suddenly be let go.

The people who didn't care were awful at best and negligent at worst No accountability for people spending money they knew we didn't have Exec team like to fund big jolly's abroad where they hire sports cars and race tracks for nothing more then a failed PR stunt
