Probably a unicorn

Pros

Wejo in all probability will be a UK built unicorn business. Like many start-ups it has its challenges not least maturing into a stable high performance business. What I like so far is that the executive leadership acknowledge the challenges and are putting serious effort and investment into developing the business. 2019 will be a fascinating year for the company

Cons

The Head Office is in a bit of a remote part of the world, I'd shift the whole operation to Manchester!

Lots of opportunity in an exciting industry

Pros

wejo is a fast, paced forward thinking environment, & as such they seek input & ideas from their whole work force. wejo will allow you to utilise skills which you didn't even know you had & as long as you're willing to really push yourself outside of your comfort zone, the sky is the limit!

Cons

The ever changing environment can be challenging if you're not used to working with some ambiguity, which comes with the territory of a start-up business! Keep on asking questions & seeking clarity if the landscape seems unclear.
