Start up company so process and governance can be lacking which can lead to feeling a little out of control! But this is being worked on.

Genuinely exciting to work in such a new and emerging market. I have worked for many corporate companies beforeand been siloed and lost as a number. wejo understands that it needs to listen to its staff to succeed rather than dictating things. Clear vision now on what we want to achieve where we have previously pivoted
