Lies... lies.... & more lies

Pros

I no longer work for the company

Cons

- everyday a different change - every other week our working hours/ shift days changed - they lied about everything - no support from team leader - team leaders were like their own team (always in a meeting together) or on break - let you go at the drop of a hat - after meetings saying how well the company is doing and how much progression there is available they make you all redundant - slave driven - poor data - very poorly run business - Very poorly treated staff - the management don’t care about employees

The outcome could have been so different

Pros

A dedicated and committed team of people to work with. Ground breaking tech to enable data driven decisions across a variety of market sectors. The most inspired and motivated I have ever felt in a workplace.

Cons

The most irresponsible team of Executive leaders I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Never should these individuals be granted the privilege of running a business or being responsible for employees ever again, period! The Executive leadership clearly used their senior leadership team to hide behind when things got rough. Felt sorry for them trying to operate the business while the executives sat in their ivory towers swindling money away. The low stars for senior management is directed at the Executive leadership.

Pros

Great startup story and there certainly appears to be a great business opportunity. It has a lot of talented people. Flexible working. Some areas of the business due to growth have been able to develop people within (promotions etc.)

Cons

A lot of blame and avoiding responsibilities. Track record of not hitting key targets. No direction and conflicting priorities. Financial boom and bust. Out of the blue job losses. Top down echo chamber, completely disconnected from the people on the ground.
