Pros

Good pay and benefits. Not much else was worth it, team was not cohesive and lack needed support.

Cons

Micromanaged, unorganized, high stress environment without proper training. Long work hours beyond scheduled hours.

Pros

Rich benefits plan offered. Medical and dental insurance very reasonably priced. 401k offered. Earned time was generous. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Overall, morale was not that great. Leadership had its favorites...and it was quite evident to most employees.
