      Alot of training then sent to the wolves

      Alot of training was done.

      Cons

      With all the training recieved, it seemed as though what was tought didn't help with taking calls and getting customers the help they needed. Also, the shift i was hired for was not the shift I had to work.

      Horrible Training

      Pros

      The training team definitely has to improve. 10-week training that may be extended or shortened depending on productivity. Trainers micro-manage and lack a human side. Super rude and will tell you they’re rude. Training material is all over the place. You only learn the job once y out shadow with someone else.

      There are no positives to this job

      Cons

      The pay was ok for our area but this job was just not worth it. They take over your life. During training (which lasts 10 weeks+) there is a no time loss policy which basically means you cannot miss, even with a doctors note. If you are planning to take this job, pray nothing bad happens to your health because they will threaten you with termination and harass you by pretending to be members on call if you have to go to a doctors appointment. They threatened to fire me over a dentist appointment. RUN.
