Pros

Great benefits, great support, ability to move up fairly quickly, and great leadership. They also show that they really care about the employees by checking in on us, providing effective training, sending great gifts, and finding ways to give us extra days off with pay! They have treated me with dignity and always make sure that I have the tools to do my job effectively. There’s also plenty of opportunity for quick growth in the company as well. This is by far THE best company I’ve worked for.

The PTO is great if you can find time to take off.

Cons

The healthcare provided for remote employees is awful! That is why they cant retain valuable employees. The 403b is disgraceful! We used to have a decent 401K but that was taken away. This is the top 2 reasons we are unable to retain staff.
