Cons

No room for growth, I have been stuck in the same position for he last 4 years, I even went back to school to get a higher degree, still no luck. The pay is low compared to other companies.

Horrible Training

The training team definitely has to improve. 10-week training that may be extended or shortened depending on productivity. Trainers micro-manage and lack a human side. Super rude and will tell you they’re rude. Training material is all over the place. You only learn the job once y out shadow with someone else.

There is a lot of company give aways. Benefits aren't too bad.

Cons

You start in a training period in which you are told that you are not allowed ANY call outs. You also have multiple supervisors. If you have a family member pass during this training period you are SOL. I took two half days to tend to this family matter *both approved by a supervisor* and was let go because I "didn't communicate with my correct superior". I also was granted an extended break to go get my sick from school 5 minutes away. That was held against me too. So if you're a parent or care about any of your family members. This isn't the job for you.
