Upper management changes fast, just as fast as the turnover rate. You only get maybe a 2.5 percent raise regardless if you go above and beyond and their above and beyond is listening to upper management and don’t question anyone. Was a great a place… My last advice, they do not care the work you do with clients which is sad. don’t settle. No room for growth and if that’s important then this place isn’t for you!

Management don't care about your growth, limited opportunities for internal candidates, low salary. More work and no one recognizes your hard work, when you talk about your promotion, management gives you a same reply that they are looking into this. Forget about the growth, they never raise your pay or give bonuses, only like 2.5% every year with a weird rating scheme. Underpaid, management don't care, bad 403b match.....and list goes on.
