      Great benefits, co workers and management is supportive and approachable.

      Pros

      While I've only been with BMCHP for 1 week my first impression is that it is a good company. Thus far all of my interactions with various levels of leadership have been positive. I can see how the departments are working towards the same goal and do so professionally and collectively.

      Cons

      I understand that change takes time. There will be ups and downs, bumps and bruises. However decisions need to be made and given a chance to work themselves out. Deciding on Monday then changing 180 degrees on Thursday is of no use to anyone.
