Pros

The company is trying to do some diverse and enriching projects to help Lynn residents with food drives.

Cons

Claims department is one of the worst in the company. With poor management, gossip and constant bickering and political struggles between staff and management. Overall it was a highly political, negative and back-stabbing environment.

Only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the benefits are decent and the commute is an one to get to, but not for long. Company is moving to Schraft Ctr. in Charlestown. Beware potential employees, this is not being communicated to potential new hires. So much for being transparent. I have been here for a year, I'm starting my family, will not return after my child is born in early next year.

Cons

I don't know where to begin, but will start with the management. In a word, incompetent. Enough said. Seriously, the current management has no idea how to run a business, the CEO is a lawyer. Lawyers are trained to look for mistakes and the negatives. You can't run a business operating on those principles.

Thank you for taking the time to communicate about our company, feedback is always helpful. I am happy to report that BMC HealthNet Plan is a strong and growing organization. We are about to launch our new Senior Care Program this year in addition to our Medicaid programs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We have also just been named one of the top 100 woman led organizations in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe. As for our location, we are moving our Boston office from Copley Square to Charlestown in the fall of 2016. To be transparent, we announced this several months ago to our employees and we ensure all applicants we meet with receive this information.
