You start in a training period in which you are told that you are not allowed ANY call outs. You also have multiple supervisors. If you have a family member pass during this training period you are SOL. I took two half days to tend to this family matter *both approved by a supervisor* and was let go because I "didn't communicate with my correct superior". I also was granted an extended break to go get my sick from school 5 minutes away. That was held against me too. So if you're a parent or care about any of your family members. This isn't the job for you.

Wellsense is a mess! Right now, they're trying to absorb 205K new Medicaid beneficiaries and do not have the ability to get any of the systems in place to make this a smooth transition for members. Leadership seems to care more about the format of reports than the actual content and what risks need to be addressed and when. New consultants are hired on a daily basis and most have little to nothing to do.
