      easy commute for now, will be changing soon. it's a paycheck, at least we have a job....

      Cons

      Managers need to become aware of what is actually going on with their employees. Regular staff is not happy. Hard to be positive around negative people. No feedback given from managers. Taking initiative is not encouraged

      Pros

      The company is trying to do some diverse and enriching projects to help Lynn residents with food drives.

      Cons

      Claims department is one of the worst in the company. With poor management, gossip and constant bickering and political struggles between staff and management. Overall it was a highly political, negative and back-stabbing environment.
