      1. Most indecisive company and the management is so ambiguous on the plans for next month 2. No professionalism. 3. Lot of murmuring and behind talk one developer on other as well as between developers and management. 4. in the past i used stay with a company for almost 4-5 years but here i could stay for hardly 3 months and resigned. I do have few more but thought i would not want waste my time and brain by thinking about that.

      Decent pay for most work grades Flexible work hours Casual dress code - summer shorts etc

      Bad and apathetic management Managers just parrot items from executive management and don't defend employees Discrimination against employees not located in Lenexa headquarters No focus on quality in products - just band-aids to problems

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO only applies to salaried employees, not hourly. You’ll have so much busy work that you’ll be working while using PTO. The Good Ole Boys will micromanage you until you quit. Annual raises are minimal and shared amongst your team. In office 4 days a week and moving to 5 in July. They monitor your badge swipes and IP address to ensure you come into the office and stay all day. “In-person collaboration” is a buzzphrase, but all meetings are virtual. The gym is so small that you can't use a treadmill during lunch or after work, and the locker room only has two showers.
