      Toxic and lack of diversity & inclusion.

      Growing company. New Product Organization.

      Cons

      UX team is under Technology/Engineering Organization. Lack of direction. Lack of diversity & inclusion in individual contributor and management levels. No diversity in C-Suite. Contractors are treated better than full-time employees.

      Pros

      lots of product growth and acquisitions, OK pay if you are in the Kansas office, free snacks and lots of lunches and breakfasts.

      Cons

      below average pay if you are in the Austin office, lots of good managers are leaving and the replacements are completely changing the office culture, no job advancement opportunities and an undersized support and IT department.

      Co-workers are the best ever

      Cons

      As people leave they are not replaced. Their work is passed on to others resulting in not enough time in the day. Management does not backup their employees. You spend more time documenting what you did than actually doing the work.
