      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Benefits are great, I love the people I work with. Incredible support from management.

      Cons

      Currently there is not much room for growth. We recently merged with a larger company and things are a little hectic. I asked for a title promotion, without a raise, after being there a year and a half and was told I had to wait until we got on the parent companies fiscal year in 6 months.

      Pros

      Great group of engineers and easy going work environment. Great benefits and perks such as free snacks and healthy foods always provided, trivia nights, fun team building outings, free lunch and learns weekly, work from home days, in-house happy hours, and of course ping-pong and video games.

      Cons

      As other postings have mentioned, there was a tumultuous period about a year ago with people leaving and new people showing up, changes in organizational structure and reworking of procedures and practices, and an overhauling of our mindset and mission statement as a whole. It was a very unsettling time, but we, at least the engineering department, has been past that period for some time now, and I believe we're once again standing on solid ground with some new and very secure practices in place. So, I wouldn't say this is a current "Con", but I would say it is worthy of note.
