      Too much work, not enough time

      Co-workers are the best ever

      Cons

      As people leave they are not replaced. Their work is passed on to others resulting in not enough time in the day. Management does not backup their employees. You spend more time documenting what you did than actually doing the work.

      Pros

      It's a pretty casual office. Everyone seems to work well together and we do some fun activities. Up to date technology and I worked on projects that help the healthcare world. It was exciting to watch the company grow over the years.

      Cons

      There weren't too many negative things. I had to work extra hours at times to get a project done. I would still be there but spouse's company relocated.

      Great software, thoughtful caring employees

      Cons

      Little training or support, no internal transfer process, messy documentation. Miss out on a lot of great hires by having a very funky algorithm for application review.
