      1. Most indecisive company and the management is so ambiguous on the plans for next month 2. No professionalism. 3. Lot of murmuring and behind talk one developer on other as well as between developers and management. 4. in the past i used stay with a company for almost 4-5 years but here i could stay for hardly 3 months and resigned. I do have few more but thought i would not want waste my time and brain by thinking about that.

      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone gets along well and is generally willing to help each other. The company tries to keep employees informed about the state of the company with regular company wide meetings and quarterly division meetings. Technology is adequate.

      Cons

      Running by the seat of our pants. Change process management is almost non-existent, constantly putting out fires, manpower resource allocation is not good leaving customers dissatisfied with responsiveness. Training opportunities are non-existent. The division I work in was acquired and the assimilation process has been very shaky.

      Pros

      I enjoy my work and dealing with customers. My company is fully supportive. I work with a great team. Great manager.

      Cons

      So much downsizing that it makes you worry who might be next. Would like opportunity to work from home...at least part time.
