      Full time in office, which has caused a ton of turnover The majority of directors and above do not come in all five days, but heaven forbid if a peasant doesn't get their "badge scan" Benchmarks move without warning Lack of accountability amongst most departments Support and Retention are expected to save every client, even though the solutions don't work, sales outright lies, and products are not implemented in a timely manner
