Senior leadership is delusional and out of touch with the market. In an 50 year low on unemployment rate and when software engineers are easily capable of finding remote employment it is counter intuitive to force a 5 day in office work policy and mandate that all new hires must be onsite.

Moving from a remote, to hybrid schedule, and now the company is planning to go 5 days/week before the new building is completed. Kansas City employees must work onsite while the company still hires remote employees. KC employees must work across time zones to accommodate remote employees. Remote employees cannot be promoted without relocating to KC. No work-life balance with recent changes to Wellness time. We now accrue time, which makes it impossible to take my kid to the doctor or take a mental health day. WellSky acquires several companies at once, and each company keeps its own processes, which creates several branding issues and a complete sh*t show.
