      Pros

      Pay is fair. Affordable family medical coverage, but not the greatest quality of care in-network.

      Cons

      Unethical hiring practices and untrustworthy management. Incentives offered, but not honored. High rate of turnover as seasoned professionals are undervalued. HR and management care for the company, not individual employees.

      Pros

      Good benefits and pay from start.

      Cons

      Employment was terminated due to missing time in probation period because i put my family before my job as my father suffered a debilitating stroke. Family ALWAYS comes first. Wellspan doesnt seem to see it that way. Shame on Wellspan and just to think they care for our loved ones but not enough to take care of employees in their desparate time of need 😢
