HR lies to get what they need. Thousands of employees are being laid off and replaced with outside vendors or kiosks, but no one will hear that in the news. Profits over quality care. It's a slap in the face to the employees who worked here for decades. And for some who are middle-aged or older, finding a new job is almost impossible.

Do not value employees. No attempts to retain experienced nurses. Only recruit new nurses and even partnered with nursing college to have revolving door supply of cheap, inexperienced staff. God help the patients.
