      Cons

      Little opportunity for women physicians to advance. Leadership is out of touch with the front lines. Lack of a willingness to challenge the top level of leadership.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to grow in the company depending on what department you work in.

      Cons

      Parking for employees sucks when the parking garage and lot for employees down below ER are always full. So you have to park pretty far off campus down by the cloister. Also sucks they shut down the shuttle service for employees who have to park so far away. Security also is a pain to deal with.
