Corporate Medicine Meetings valued so highly that our pay is based on meeting attendance, and meetings are held to allow us to achieve our meeting requirements Leadership isn’t clear. Wellspan prides itself on “the matrix”, which has 3 parts: Local hospital, medical group (clinicians), and service lines. This arrangement results in everyone passing the buck, and no one taking responsibility.

Upper management totally NOT transparent. Layoffs solely to save a few dollars, even though quality of patient care and of the patient record suffered as a result. Way too concerned about the bottom line, rather than people. Pay is low too.
