Senior Management gives conflicting and ever-changing direction. No budget to activate anything. Workforce constantly being downsized with workload increasing. Senior leaders in Geneva run the show for everyone with limited knowledge in NA market. Backstabbing between top execs is commonplace and there is a MASSIVE distrust of management as they say one thing and do the other all the time. WORST WORK EXPERIENCE OF MY 20+YEAR CAREER!
