Many employees are completely incompetent but keep their jobs because they brown nose their supervisors. The company's content and marketing that they push out screams that they are decades behind everyone else, They have had multiple layoffs since I've been here, not to mention multiple reorganizations and even forcing an entire department to either take a pay cut or leave the organization. There's widespread incompetence and oftentimes you'll find that a project you're working on has already been done by another team. Poor communication.
