Pros

Great way to rack up experience in print and digital marketing. Also, sections of the marketing department are heavily involved in event planning. The people/coworkers, for the most part, are great.

Cons

Department morale is very low for a variety of reasons, but mainly due to the office environment and direct management. Very strict time and attendance policies. High turnover rate. Little to no opportunity for career advancement. For some salaried employees, the work/life balance is off.

My current supervisor has a heart for his employees

Cons

No real raises. Vacation time is really bad. Youbrecieve your vacstion at the beginning of december but hem when the pla t shuts down for Christmas they expect you to use it or you dont get paid.
