Pros

Pay was very generous for a sales representative in the cabinet industry. You are given a lot of freedom to run your territory as you see fit.

Cons

Expense reimbursements can be slow. No vision insurance. Programs and products are geared toward a specific area of the country and it seems as if the management isn't willing at times to look at other areas of the country for ideas. Can sometimes abandon new ideas quickly if they don't work quickly.
