Pros
They are good at production based entry level semi-custom cabinetry. They consistently deliver cabinets on time and complete within a three week lead time. Many options are available. They spend a lot in marketing and generally offer all the trending products. They are very regimented and consistent. Paul Wellborn has grown the company and should be commended for his vision and skills within manufacturing.
Cons
Wellborn is too rigid. They aren't flexible with their customers at all...they can't accomodate special requests and rarely offer programs to help partner with their customers. They have a program for product replacement that penalizes dealers more times than not. You can't make changes to orders minutes after confirming them...at all. Sales staff have to constantly say no to clients and can't really assist them when they have problems. Wellborn denies many warranty claims as warranty or quality control issues even when it's obvious. Sales management is lacking and there is a ton of turnover in the sales department
