      WellStar - Sketchy at best. Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      Mid-level management staff and below were great to work with and seemed to have a geniune concern for the company.

      Cons

      As a manager in IT, I experienced unacceptable treatment/expectations from high level leaders. Expensive health insurance. Poor planning from high level leadership.

      Terrible place to work for corporate employees. If you are not in a leadership position you will be undervalued and overworked. Chronically understaffed throughout entire company. HR is not trained or effective. Everyone is burnt out and negative. They will not promote you or give a pay raise unless you're there for 5+ years even if you take on more work and do well. Wellstar only cares about posting fake leadership awards and ignores all of the issues within the company. Work/life balance is strongly frowned upon. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

      U get to make ur own schedule in smart square..

      Cons

      Insurance to high...if u are sick they dont accept Doctor excuses n u have only 5 mins to clock in or u late n have only four times in a 90 day period u can be late or have an absence... If you are u are fired thats together...the doctors dont respect you....they treat u like crap...assigned 18 patients most day n the lazy nurses dont take primaries....the manager have no heart n looks at policy n not the person...N THE PAY IS VERY VERY LOW DONT GO WORK FOR THEM...ITS THE WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED
