      Pros

      Coworkers are nice, try to help each other out.

      Cons

      Work short staffed daily. Some days work without any PCT's on the floor only RN's on floor. Float to all floors of the hospital including Mother/Baby, ICU, Med/Tele, Surgical and ER. Paid less than other hospitals in the area.

      Hard Work Doesn't Matter

      Pros

      The facility was nice (tempature was another story). Concierge service was amazing.

      Cons

      If you want any type of leadership within the management structure, this IS NOT the place. They are a do as I say company not a do as I do company. Management leadership style is to tell you to figure it out yourself. (I hope JCAHCO doesn't mind).
