      As a Non-Profit Hospital System, I highly recommend WellStar.

      Cons

      Personally, the company is growing much too rapidly to maintain their Employee Satisfaction. Beginning to lose their focus on Employees as attention is drawn to Mergers & Acquisitions and Construction vs focusing on Employee Retention & Industry-driven compensation pkgs. Patient Satisfaction is beginning to waiver because of it.
