Pros

self scheduling, I liked using the EPIC charting system.

Cons

employees are unprofessional, all about cliques and being friends with management for special treatment. inappropriate sexual behavior as well. never had simple nursing supplies like oxygen regulators in the rooms, NG tubes, even a shortage of tele monitors. low pay compared to other hospitals. all about customer service even when the patients are screaming racial slurs. nurses are forced to be treated like dogs in the name of customer service for good hospital scores.

Poor culture. Major problems that continue to go unaddressed

Pros

Good location in NW Marietta

Cons

Poor Culture. Lack of opportunities. Cronyism. Lack of equal visibility on projects for all employees. Education only available for cronies. Abusive middle management. HR that does nothing to prevent injustices against employees by middle management. Middle management not required to provide legitimate documentation of incidences. Retribution is rampant in Administrative offices. Repressive work environment. Poor vacation - "3 weeks", 6 of which are National Holidays with offices closed, remaining 9 days are personal, sick & vacation days. Hospital employees are far happier than administrative employees or so it seems - attribute to satisfaction of caring for patients & patient genuine gratitude.

Cons
