      Pros

      dental was okay. Some of the perks are good, like banking, and being able to have certain things payroll deducted.

      Cons

      Each shift is treated differently. Short staffed often. Treated unfairly by management often. Food options are poor for the money we spend. Discounts aren’t so great. Health benefit deductibles are sky high.

      Decent retirement plan. That's it.

      Cons

      Everything else. Low pay, health insurance doesn't cover much. High retention rates. No way to move up or transfer.
