      Pros

      Decent benefits including PTO although the high deductible plan makes me not want to go to the dr after I use my hsa.

      Cons

      No on boarding, no resources to do your job. People are promoted for reasons other than being qualified and are kept even though they treat other employees poorly. Retaliation when employees bring up issues. No reimbursement for outside education. Poor pay and the raises are a joke. It’s all about your title and takes forever for upper personnel to approve things unless you are an ED or above. The wellness programs are a joke compared to other systems in GA. They preach a whole lot to get you in and excited but don’t follow through.
