Not so WELLstar

Pros

I think the location was convenient.

Cons

Management play favorites and everyone else is treated unfairly; Judged and convicted without getting a chance to state your side... There is no true work life balance. Not a great place for working moms (I was called out for taking my child to an appointment). The workload is overwhelming to some while the favorites have the bare minimum. Turn over rate is extremely high.

Horrible place to work

Pros

Can't really think of any

Cons

The insurance benefits for this company are the absolute worse. The communication skills are also awful. The charge nurse wrote me down for a shift and did not tell me, not a quick text or anything so then when I wasn't there they put me down as a no call no show. I emailed the manager and she didn't back me up at all, it all still blows my mind. So I immediately put in my notice due to not feeling supported at all especially when I have picked up so many extra shifts. A couple times I have worked 72 hours in one week which would burn a lot of people out especially when you don't enjoy working there and don't feel supported by management.
