Pros

I can learn from my negative experiences.

Cons

1. No employee appreciation. No growth. For those who have ambition and who want to achieve something, please pay attention, this company is not the right place for you. 2. Upper managers do not care about you! Use you as a cheap labor and do not care how you feel. 3. Managers feel like they are higher than you. Communications never come from both ways. 4. Flawed HR system. Managers can control the your future development by his/her own opinion. Subjective performance review system. Review only comes from managers to employee. There is no way for employees to give suggestions/review to managers. *Clearly, they don't care about what do you think. * 5. Very high employee turnover rate. Something is wrong. I will not recommend this place.

Pros

They are usually flexible with work hours or working remotely. Lots of talk about building a great company culture. Dress is pretty casual and you can wear jeans to the office.

Cons

Moving "up the ladder" is difficult if not impossible to envision. HR is not properly trained to handle conflicts. Tight budgets for everything except exec/director salaries--they are penny wise and pound foolish. No exit interview is a sign they don't really have any desire to improve.

Pros

Not sure if there are any as the there are so many cons. The engineering team is somewhat solid but creates a lot of churns and stress when customer facing requests pile up.

Cons

JOB INSECURITY... this company only cares about how much it makes and will work you to death. No sense of direction and only old employees are valued. You'll be left clueless on how the company works or expects from you as management will always try and find a scapegoat to blame for their failures. Too many long hours including weekend work not said but expected. No career growth. If you are a new hire, I am sorry for you as the support is just not there. They ll cut you off any minute no matter how great a job you do just for the sake of piling up more $$ for senior management. Not enough tech/IT/Engineers. Promotion is laid with thick favoritism left and right. Tools and processes are quite outdated. Your freelancers are trusting you less and less.
