Onboarding was seamless. Culture at WesleyLife is the real deal. Senior leadership truly cares about team members health and well being

Cons

Being a not for profit and having a limited budget, at times it can feel like the team is a stretched a little thin

Great Company that cares.

Pros

They offer the best benefits that I’ve even been offered. They require continued training which shows they really care about their residence. There is a positive, happy atmosphere in the community and staff.

Cons

I can’t think of any at the moment. I was sad to leave, but was moving away. If I ever come back and need the work, I will try to get back on with the company.
