Pros

Their mission and resients. They do a good job of taking care of customer.

Cons

Senior level (CEO/COO) micro-management is absolutely horrible. The home office staff is treated terribly with little respect for their abilities and efforts. The CEO rules with an iron fist and a "it's my way" mentality.

Pros

Wonderful residents that are taken advantage of monetarily.

Cons

Very poor moral. Top management cares little about workers. Middle mgmt covers thier butts because afraid they will lose jobs. If you disagree with anything from the top, out the door. Watched way too many very good executives lose their jobs for stupid stuff. Top cares little about staffing ratios. Only interested in bottom line.
