There are many.. will list a few. Recent changes on crediting make collaboration a challenge. Total rewards it's mediocre, especially since the MIPS rewards are based on stock appreciation which hasn't gone up in two years and bonuses have not been funded. Because the organization is silod, functionally they are all trying to solve the same issues depending on industry. Leadership only cares about metrics such as chargeablility, no innovation and no investment.

There have been constant layoffs, which makes me question the future for this company, but things seems to be moving towards a better place, even with lower than expected revenue.
