      High emphasis on quality of life and balance. Great internal culture.

      Cons

      Salary range notably below big 4, MBB, and many boutique firms. Slow growth since end of covid has shrunk bonuses.

      Pros

      Great and supportive team, smart people, and have a lot of opportunities to get promoted quickly. Generally good work/life balance except for when you're on a rare project from hell. People are very respectful of PTO.

      Cons

      the company and culture are in decline. Company leadership constantly makes changes and does not listen to feedback. Everything is now just metrics-driven and there is little story telling with your career. There's a decline in respect from non-technical people for technical people's expertise and work.

      My colleagues were great, and the work was interesting. We had some nice office and community events.

      Cons

      Culture went downhill with PE money, and incentives were not aligned to collaborating as a team.
