Pros
- Culture, people here seem to really like their jobs and take a lot of personal and professional pride in their work - Transparency, you see how the company is performing very openly - Growing quickly and smartly, fun to be a part of a successful and growing firm
Cons
- There is some ambiguity in most roles, part of delivering new solutions and straddling business and technology - Geography is a barrier, need to work out the kinks working across offices
