Pros

Great culture, even better people. Take pride in the company they have built and are working hard to make sure it stays that way.

Cons

Comp is lower in comparison to other consulting firms. Some growing pains.

Pros

Great culture, great people, and room to grow professionally. West Monroe Partners cares about it's employees and provides ample learning opportunities and project experience

Cons

Some downsides include the possibility of being stuck on a long-term engagement which you may not enjoy or being asked to take on additional responsibilities outside of your client (i.e. internal initiatives) which are needed to move up the company ladder. All in all though, West Monroe Partners is a great place to work.
