Pros

pay is pretty high, and customers are solid name customers

Cons

Leadership especially in the diligence practice is terrible at onboarding, management of remote employees ineffective, team does not have the skills to grow team members, employees are expected to work 60+ hour weeks routinely, coming into the office is a joke as no one from this team shows up. Recruiting team blatantly lied about leadership and career advancement opportunities. Financial planning is poor Company's D&I initiative is toxic.

Pros

- People-first culture - Fun place for right out of college

Cons

- No efforts to include and integrate experienced hires professionally or socially; very cliquey and people who have been with the firm for a long time do not do much to help a new person get onboarded - HR does not keep personnel issues confidential - Still scrappy

Pros

- Employee Stock Ownership Program - Collaborative (not competitive) Culture - Centralized staffing model where consultants are not responsible for staffing themselves - Leadership seems mindful of staffing adequate number of resources on each project, resulting in less change of burn out. - Feels like you're a member of one big family

Cons

- Base Salary is lower (~10 to15% lower) than the big 4.
