      Pros

      Challenging Enterprise Environment, Most coworkers are knowledgeable and helpful. Travel opportunities, opportunities to advance are present if management likes you.

      Cons

      The IT side of this business serves at the whim and leisure of the business side, and unfortunately they are not one and the same. No concept of work/life balance here.

      Pros

      The teamwork atmosphere was awesome along with immediate supervisors. Decent pay for the job and area. Very easy job to get the hang of.

      Cons

      Employees are expendable for any reason. This company does not value the work you do for them at all. They think they can get the same results with less people which is impossible. Every plant cannot be ran the same even though they are different sizes. This company requires you work overtime without asking if you're avaliable. If you are written on schedule you have to work. There was an overwelming amount of overtime while working with this company.

      Pros

      Very challenging, some great coworkers, a lot to learn, high expectations . That's about it and I had to stretch to get the above items

      Cons

      No work life balance! Management are some of the most miserable people I've ever met. One manager in particular will probably go down as the worst person I've ever worked with.
