      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, opportunity to travel, opportunity to work with other business units. Great if you are a self starter, acknowledges accomplishments when completing price goals.

      Cons

      If you do not speak up, you will be overlooked when promotion opportunities arise. It works in your benefit to befriend the right people so that you will be recognized, because your work alone will not help. Directors sometimes take advantage of roles and blame managers and analyst for their slack.
