Pros

Thier are no pros at all

Cons

I am currently employed by this joke of a trucking company.there is no communication whatsoever between brake down, dispatch,or thier drivers.I broke down a week and one day ago..the regen system isneeding to be replaced at the costs of 13000 dollars I am stuck in a hotel room that I have to continue to chase them to pay for they have gotten my pay wrong and now thay have checked me out of my room and still my truck is not repaired.there are no cabs in Washington Pennsylvania for what reason I am not sure I have been forced to rent a car that I'm unsure whether they're going to reimburse that to me. I've had to hold the hotel room on my personal credit card they want me to leave my belongings so they can put me on a bus and bring me back to Nashville Tennessee.to get another truck.I'm not angry that the truck is broken down I am angry with all the crap that I've been put through while waiting for a truck to be repaired.this company will keep you in a dark and not tell you what is going on they want me to take all my belongings and sit in the lobby of the hotel while they figure things out to only check me back in hours later.consider yourself warned I can write for hours about my experience here but there is not enough room on this page..

Pros

Its a job for one. I had a lot of speeding tickets and they still hire me. This company is good for experience and a stepping stone.

Cons

Weekend dispatchers barely answer the phones or communicate on the QUALCOMM. Miles are not consistent.

Pros

None at all. Thought for a moment, but there are none. Absolutely not a single one.

Cons

This is as unprofessional as it gets. They will not have a truck ready for you out of orientation. The culture is to get a new sucker to replace the last one. I got suckered into going to Nashville to get a truck. Was asked to run the east coast for a few weeks and I said okay (like a dumb idiot). I agreed to give a ride to another driver to Columbus - so he can get a truck. They then put a second driver in my truck to get a truck. I was not given proper drop/pick-up numbers. Was asked to pick up a wrecked trailer. Layover pay is handed out like candy, but is only $35. Standard is $55 at most reputable companies. Policy is to make repairs in house(cheaper) and that needs to change. They would not send me to get a mirror fixed. They haggled at every place I went for a signal-light/tire repair. Averaged 1400 miles per week with no sign for home. Just the sweet song of "buddy(insert promise here)." They will ignore you plenty during the day, evening, night, weekday or weekend. Finally had to get myself out of that situation and it cost me over $500. You can always do worse, but this is far closer to worst than to best.
