Pros

Now absolutely none never been treated so poorly in my life everything told to me was a lie this place sucks

Cons

Everything recruiters don't know what they are talking about they tell you one thing you go to orientation only to find out pay and home time are not what they tell you family oriented not hardly. Driver trainers are no help mine spent most of his time sleeping wouldn't help with anything you have to figure out what to do one your own. I got out and took a bus home on my own. If you decide to take a chance on this company stay out of truck 3671 when not driving will make you stay in sleeper with curtain closed at all times and he will threaten to remove you from his truck almost daily I don't like to be threatened I think he does this so you can't see what he is doing I believe he is using his cell phone that's why he doesn't allow you to open curtain while in sleeper. I have never been so miss treated in my life at least in jail you can see through the bars of a jail cell not with them. I also set up for direct deposit on my pay check they deposited it to my efs card without my permission now it's taken me 4days and counting to access my money still don't know when I'll be able to get it poor set up.

Pros

None they get a kickback from the government after 30 days of you driving. After that they want you out so they can put a new driver in.

Cons

For the first month they ran me to death at .26 a mile. After that I spent 2 to 4 days a week sitting in truck stops because the didn't have any loads. I begged for home time and they always routed me away from home or stuck me states away sitting. Finally I pushed the home time issue and they fired me sitting in Baltimore and told me to get home the best way I could. Oh and they charged me for abandoning the truck when they ran me out of fuel and cut my fuel card off.
