Pros

Job utilized my experience and skills

Cons

I worked six days a week. Very long hours. Program is not very competitive and pay is extremely low. Only a handful of sales reps make good money. I was consistently at the top of my region. Only consider this job if you are young with no experience and somewhat desperate. Huge turnover rate.

Thanks for the feedback and we are sorry you didn't have a great experience at WFI. I acknowledge that the Sales rep role is far from easy, but I note that if "some reps make good money" one wonders how if the program is not competitive because it would be so for all. That said, we are always looking for ways to recognize (and pay, and retain) our top performers and know we have plenty of work to do on that front. Thanks again for your feedback and best of luck!

Pros

This position offers flexibility as well as medical benefits, vision, and work-life balance.

Cons

The vehicle financing offered by this company is noncompetitive in that rates are extremely high. Customers and dealers alike are hesitant to contract with the company making it difficult to meet quotas. The upline is selective with whom they choose to mentor and coach. Overall, I feel if I had the same coaching opportunities as other reps I would have succeeded.

We appreciate your feedback, particularly as a current team member. We disagree that our program is not competitive as that is not supported by the facts. We acknowledge that this is a tough business, with solid competitors and we further acknowledge that the used vehicle sales market is down in 2024 which makes it tougher. I'm most concerned about you feeling that you were not offered the same coaching opportunities for growth. We aspire to provide training and coaching for all as fairly and comprehensively as possible -- it is in our collective interests to see you succeed. If you are comfortable providing more specific feedback directly to me on that topic, please don't hesitate to reach out and share. I have only one job......to make us better!

Thanks for taking a moment to provide feedback. We particularly appreciate current employees taking the time to tell us how we are doing. The Sales role does require a high degree of activities -- almost any sale role does. In our case, we press the activities because we KNOW that doing them will drive results....as in more dealers, deals, and PAY. If you or anyone on the team is not finding a high correlation between activities and pay, please engage with Max Garcia or Ben Asbury for more guidance. It is a combination of the "how" and the "how many" that drives the best outcomes and sometimes we need to refine the "how" part of that equation. Thanks again!
