2yWe are sorry to hear that your experience with Western Funding wasn't positive. We strongly disagree that the earning potential is limited. We have an uncapped pay plan for our sales team so the potential is there. We do acknowledge that making "sick" money is not easy, but there are very few places where it is "easy". A key to helping our sales team maximize earnings is having a strong manager team and that is an always a top focus area for me and senior Sales leadership. I agree with your advice about listening and would "speak back" your last statement to say "Most of the time, the best ideas come from those doing the work" -- totally agree and we are proud that most of the change we have made in terms of program and process comes from ideas submitted by our Sales team. 2yThanks for the feedback. We are proud of creating and environment where our Team members have enabled us to be considered a Top Workplace in both Nevada and the USA. We have plenty of work to do to make our program easier for our dealers to use and continue to focus on that so that we can grow across the US.
